These terms of use (together with the documents referred to in it) tell you the terms of use on which you may make use of our website www.in2colour.co.uk (our site), whether as a guest or a registered user. Use of our site includes accessing, browsing, or registering to use our site. By using our site, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you must not use our site.
Information on our site
Whilst we do take all reasonable steps to make sure that the information on our site is up to date and accurate at all times, but we do not guarantee that all material is accurate and/or up to date. All material contained on our site is provided without any warranty of any kind. You use the material on our site at your own discretion.
Our Services
The descriptions of each service are a basic overview. For more information visit the session overview page or email in2colourart.co.uk for further clarification, as every session is different, the focus will be on a specific skill or skills.
Images of the services on our site are for illustrative purposes only.
How to pay and payment security
Individuals can pay using your Paypal account or credit/debit cards. All transactions take place on the Paypal secure server. Please visit the PAYPAL website for more information on their security and privacy policies. Credit and debit cards can be used to pay for bookings. Payment for the services and all applicable charges is in advance.
Schools and organisations will be invoiced for services provided.
If you need to cancel your Booking of a scheduled adult or childs Craft session, please contact us as soon as possible.
When cancelling, you will be presented with the following options:
We will refund your booking fee up to 3 days before the session. After this time the equipment and resources will have already been purchased and prepared.
If you wish to change the date of your booking, we are able to do this up to 3 days before the event. Contact Rachel to organise this.
Sorry, If you miss your booked session we cannot refund you as the resources will have been used.
If you need to cancel your booked Craft event for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible.
When cancelling, you will be presented with the following options:
You can cancel and transfer your event free of charge up to 30 days from your original agreed date. Any deposit paid will be moved to your new event date. All we ask is that you provide us with the new date within 30 days of cancellation (this can be extended in exceptional circumstances). Should you fail to provide us with a new date for the event within 30 days, regrettably, your booking will be cancelled and any deposit paid will be non-refundable.
If you are cancelling after 7 days of making your booking and you do not wish to use our date transfer option, regrettably, due to the loss of third-party custom any deposit paid will be non-refundable.
Please note, should you fail to notify us of any booking cancellation that results in our teacher travelling to your party venue, we reserve the right to charge for the remaining balance.
If in2Colour cancels your event:
We understand how important your craft event is to you, which is why we offer free replacement cover in the event of illness or accident (subject to availability).
We will only ever cancel your event/party in the extremely unlikely event that we are prevented from attending due to circumstances beyond our control.
In the event that we have no other option but to cancel your party, we will refund any deposit paid in full. However, we will not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss that you may suffer as a result of any cancellation.
Please note: our refund policy does not apply in the following circumstances:
If you need to cancel your craft event for whatever reason
In the event of any government restriction including a lockdown
In the event of snow or other adverse weather condition
In the event of fire or flooding of your venue or the surrounding areas
In the event that your venue cancels on you
Your account and password
If you choose, or you are provided with, any log-in details (including any password) or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user profile if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use. If you know or suspect that anyone other than you has accessed your log-in details (including any password), you must promptly notify us at in2colourart@gmail.com
Changes to our site
We may update our site from time to time and may change the content at any time. However, please note that any of the content on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it. We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions.
